フローラルでストロベリー、レモンのような味わいを感じさせるエチオピアのナチュラルをベースにタンザニア、グァテマラ、コロンビア、ブラジルを配合。
ゆっくり抽出すれば酸味のあるミックスフルーツを感じさせる珈琲に、時間をかけず少し早めに抽出すれば酸味は控えめで香り高くフォーキーな珈琲に。

Blend "Medium" 500g
Medium is a blend of Ethiopia, Tanzania, Guatemala, Colombia and Brazil. It has a fruity and light taste.
If you extract it slowly, it will be a coffee with a sour taste that makes you feel mixed fruits. Conversely, if you extract it a little earlier, it will be a fragrant and folky coffee with less acidity.
